A.M. Harris paints every day in her home studio in Calgary.  She doesn't allow her work to leave unless she loves it herself.  She paints around the sides of her deep canvases so her pieces don't need to be framed.
The word most frequently heard when people encounter her work is “vibrant".  Her use of unique colour combinations make her real and imagined landscapes, gardens, and jaunty human figures fresh and eye catching.
Her work is in private collections in Canada and the US.
Ellie G. Cooper paints with acrylics and sometimes incorporates found objects like pencil shavings and broken mirrors into her work. Water and sky are as endlessly fascinating as trees, all of which act as subjects for her illustrative style.  Colourful animals and whimsical representations of human figures feature most prominently on her miniature canvases.
Together with their sister Kate, Ellie and A.M. own and operate Don’t Look Now, their art studio.  Located in the heart of St Jacobs in the Three Sisters Cultural Centre, the sisters have a working studio from where they sell prints, original paintings, cards, and walking sticks.
